HTD Development - H. Thomas Davis III has been involved with real estate investment and property management for the past ten years. Now, as President of HTD Development Tom is actualizing his dream of redeveloping commercial and residential property.

Tom began his career as Manager of Personal Lines Insurance where he gained valuable sales and management experience. He went on to become president of a real estate investment company, DBS Enterprises, where one of his primary roles was head of acquisitions and portfolio management. In 2002 Tom moved from Raleigh to Wilmington, where he began working as a sales associate and broker for Laney Real Estate. Tom then accepted a position as Broker-In-Charge of Southcoast Commercial Realty & Development working intimately with their largest client, Martin Development through all phases of the development process. Tom left Southcoast in October of 2006 to start South Eastern Real Estate Services Group which allows him to utilize his proven sales and marketing techniques to increase his focus on his own development projects as well as the sales and marketing of his clients' projects.
